50ml RubyBlue Potato Vodka
10ml Elderflower Liqueur
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Cane Syrup
50ml Pressed Apple Juice
Fresh Thyme
3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Shake all ingredients in a Cocktail Tin and Double Strain into a Pre-chilled Coupette glass, garnish with a sprig of thyme.
