At Ruby Blue Spirits we have created some cocktail recipes which we believe really compliment our spirits. We would love you to try creating them and give us feedback on how it went and what it tasted like.

Signature Serve

RubyBlue Premium Potato Vodka

50ml RubyBlue Potato Vodka
100ml premium lemonade
Serve on ice garnished with Green Apple & a sprig of fresh Thyme

Vodka Martini

15ml Vermouth,
60ml RubyBlue Potato Vodka
twist Lemon Peel to Garnish.

RubyBlue Wild Blueberry Bellini

25ml RubyBlue
Wild Blueberry Liqueur to Champagne, Prosecco or Cava

Spiced Pina Colada

Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and add…
20ml RubyBlue Chilli Pepper Liqueur
50ml Pineapple Juice
35ml Rum
35ml Coconut Milk
Shake well to mix and serve in cocktail Glass

Hot Chocolate

Add 35ml Chilli Pepper Liqueur to your Favourite Hot Cocoa for a spicy treat

Bramble

Fill a tumbler with crushed ice and add 25ml RubyBlue Blackcurrant Liqueur, 35ml Gin, 10ml Sugar Syrup and 5ml Lemon Juice.
Garnish with Berries and Lemon

Kir Royale

25ml RubyBlue Blackcurrant Liqueur to Champagne, Prosecco or Cava

Cranberry Cobbler

35ml RubyBlue Cranberry
35ml Gin
50ml Fresh Orange juice
Add all the ingredients to a tumbler with lots of crushed ice.
Garnish with Cranberries & sprig of mint

Wild Blueberry & Apple Martini

35ml RubyBlue Blueberry Liqueur
35ml RubyBlue Potato Vodka and 50ml Apple Juice
Serve in a Martini Glass with a slice of apple

Cranberry Bellini

25ml RubyBlue
Cranberry Liqueur to
Champagne, Prosecco or Cava

Cosmopolitan

35ml RubyBlue Cranberry
35ml RubyBlue Potato Vodka
50ml Orange Juice
Shake together with ice and serve in a martini glass

Bloody Mary

100ml Tomato juice
35ml RubyBlue Chilli Pepper
35ml RubyBlue Potato Vodka
5ml fresh lemon juice
Celery Salt & cracked Black Pepper
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
Shake with Ice & Serve with
Stalk of Celery to Garnish

The Poinsettia

25ml RubyBlue Cranberry Liqueur
10mls Cointreau
Top with Chilled Champagne or Prosecco
Garnish with
Drunken Cranberries from the bottle.
Serve in Champagne flute

Black Martini

50ml RubyBlue Blackcurrant
30ml RubyBlue Potato Vodka
30ml dry Vermouth
Stir with lots of ice
Strain into Martini Glass

French Martini

35ml RubyBlue Blackcurrant
35ml RubyBlue Potato Vodka
70ml Pineapple Juice
Shake with lots of ice
Strain into Martini Glass & Garnish with Pineapple wedge

Wild Blueberry Margarita

To a blender add…
70ml RubyBlue Wild Blueberry Liqueur
50ml tequila
50ml triple sec
20ml fresh lime juice
2 cups of ice
Blitz & Pour into 2 chilled Cocktail glasses

Martinez

35ml RubyBlue Premium Vodka
35ml Red Vermouth
10ml orange curacao
5ml Maraschino Liqueur
2 drops Spanish Bitters
Stir well with ice, then strain and serve in a coupe glass garnished with an Orange twist.
